AutoCad Outsourcing – Archive Drawing Creation
Building owners, maintenance technicians or building services consultants all need access to record information. Often, the only drawing available is an A3 scanned print.
We can provide you with all of your current paper record drawings in AutoCAD format. This will essentially mean all of your systems within the building will have their own, readable, printable and scalable drawings, which you can use time and time again.
We will supply you with full as built drawings on a disk and if requested as paper copies, along with a full detailed Issue sheets detailing the drawing number, title and location of the file.
We aim to work within your company standards to allow your drawings to be seamlessly integrated into your filing system.
We also store your drawings on our system for 5 years, so if the worst was to happen and you were to lose your files we can provide you with your record drawings in either CAD format or paper hard copies we provide this service free of charge.
AutoCad Outsourcing – OEM As-Built Drawings
We will supply you with full as built drawings on a disk and / or as paper copies along with a full detailed Issue sheets detailing the drawing number, title and location of the file. We will work to your company standards.
As Built drawings are an essential addition to the OEM manual, and sometimes can be a time consuming task depending upon the size of the building, by outsourcing your as-built drawings you cut your costs and free up your engineers saving you time and money.
We will provide you with a full set of as-built or as-fitted drawings, along with all issue sheets ready to insert into the manual, we can provide you with paper copies and electronic files.
